Within 50 Mile Radius

Viewing our live services are available to residents outside of a 50 mile radius of our campuses. We truly believe that The Word Church is an experience, from the parking lot to the pulpit – and should truly be enjoyed live. The Word Church family wants to encourage those local to join us at one of our four locations throughout Northeast Ohio during one of fourteen services held throughout the week.

Outside 50 Mile Radius

Are you outside of the 50 mile radius block, yet still unable to view the stream. There may be a few factors causing you to experience difficulties.

  • Live media content is streamed over the internet, several factors, including your viewing computer device system resources as well as yourinternet connection speed bandwidth, affect the quality of your live media viewing experience. Viewer computer device system requirements: For improved quality, the computer device should meet system requirements: A 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor 1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit) Broadband Internet connection.
  • Did you previously reside in the Cleveland area at any point? Many individuals experiencing this issue out of state were once residents of OH. If this is true, then the solution is this: the stream is being disabled due to your IP address settings. Technologically speaking – Your computer/ internet connection has an address which was created when you lived in Cleveland. Because of this, the stream is reading your IP address on your device and recognizing it as local, therefore disabling your ability to view. The issues can be resolve in a few steps:
    • by contacting your Internet Service Provider to have your IP address updated
    • go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/. This will not only inform you where your IP Address is registered, but it will also give you the option to update under the map.
